SpinningProducing more than 88,300 bales of yarn per annum utilising 98,000 spindles, the Spinning division is organised into two units each specialising in a different type of yarn for varying market segments. We only source raw materials of the highest standards from international suppliers such as the USA, Australia, and Brazil. Using the latest technology such as the Toyota RX-300 spinning machine in addition to new auto-sorters from Switzerland and automatic winders from Japan facilitates the production of thousands of varieties of ‘slub’ yarns which are increasingly used to make knitwear and home textiles. -

WeavingThrough our Weaving Division, we have the capacity to produce woven strands that can be interlaced into different patterns. Once the yarn is selected, the amount of warp needed for the fabric is then calculated and our specialist technicians will monitor the warping process for any flaws or pulls; mending any imperfections. Moreover, as part of our ongoing plans to diverse our manufacturing services, the Weaving Division also produces Jacquard woven fabric. This type of weaving system allows for greater versatility and diversity in creating textured patterns; our facilities enable us to produce a vast number of patterns from stripes, to florals and polka dots. Available in a variety of fiber compositions and weight such as wool, cotton, silk, and linen. -

Dyeing, Finishing & PrintingAdding value to our fabrics through our Finishing and Printing Division has garnered Danliris a reputation as being the industry’s foremost specialist in developing novelty dyed fabrics, and printed batik and textile motifs in Indonesia. Advancing our printing capabilities are our highly-skilled textile design team who develop some 3,000-new batik and textile designs per year. For our dyed fabrics, our laboratory develops colour formulas that accurately meet our client’s requirements taking into account factors such as the material used, reaction to washing and wear when selecting the perfect dye. As an integral part of the manufacturing process, our Finishing and Printing Division have further enabled our company to diversify into higher-value textiles. -
